Mandated by the Education Reform Act of 1993, School Councils are charged with the responsibility of identifying school-specific issues and creating an annual school improvement plan.   The Upham school council meets once a month. All are welcome; meeting times and locations are published in the Upham Updates and/or The Reporter. Elected members serve a two-year term.
