Guidelines for Submitting Information to this Website

Information to be posted on this site must be approved by Principal Tracey Mara. The turn-around time for posting minor changes to an existing page is probably 1-2 days. For a new page, please expect one week. Also, be aware of the following issues:

1. Do not include children's names/addresses in any information to be posted on this site.

2. Be careful of posting e-mail addresses - these can be found by "web crawling" programs and harvested for spamming/spoofing purposes.

3. All web content should be in line with the Upham Core Values of Excellence, Respect, Cooperation/Caring and Community.

4. Web content should be of general interest to the Upham Community and related to the School and PTO. If you would like to have a link on the Upham website to a non-Upham site (such as a town sports organization, scouting program, etc.), this can be arranged with the approval of Tracey Mara.

Files should be sent via e-mail to webmaster@uphamweb.org so a webpage may be created for Tracey Mara's approval. Any of the following document formats are acceptable:  .html, Word (.doc), Adobe (.pdf), PowerPoint (.ppt), Publisher (.pub), Excel (.xls), Claris Works (.cwk), text (.txt). Text can also be extracted directly from e-mail. Photos can be in .jpg, .pdf, .gif, .tif, or .bmp formats. In a pinch, I can also scan hard copies, though e-mailed photography is preferred.
